Located in the northwest Spanish peninsula, Rías Baixas is best known for its extraordinary wines made from the Albariño variety. Mild winters, proximity to the Atlantic, and the slight acidity in the granite and sandy soils ensure the fruit is fresh and bright.
A clean and tangy coastal wine, the El Terrano Albariño offers juicy flavors of citrus, nectarine and honeydew underlined by fresh saline minerality.
Enjoy on its own or pair with an array of seafood options, namely oysters, shellfish, ceviche and paella. Light creamy cheeses, such as burrata or goats cheese, also pair well.
