  • Wellness Castor Packs - Use an absorbent cotton or wool flannel to create a castor oil pack wrap. Saturate flannel with Black Castor Oil, then apply castor pack to abdomen, joints or other areas. Cover cloth with plastic wrap, place a heating pad on top,* then relax for an hour.
