A deep, ruby red wine with a dark cherry tobacco nose. There is a slight sweetness up front on the palate with coffee and dark chocolate notes. Firm tannins and acid round out this wine and give structure.
Spicy Chinese dishes, roast lamb, Carpaccio and roasted pork belly are all great pairings.
