Judy and her husband, Larry, began work on their business over 30 years ago by making fresh, ripened and aged chèvres. Now, they’re are still in the same space — and still ladling 400-gallon vats of cheese by hand.

Located in Orland, Indiana, Miller Poultry hatches their chickens onsite in their hatchery and raises them on an all vegetarian feed. All of Tulip Tree Creamery’s cheeses and butters are made by hand. They use traditional European recipes with their own unique twist. Founded in Indianapolis in 2014 by Fons Smits and Laura Davenport, Tulip Tree Creamery is now helps teach classes and sells products at local farmers markets.
