Some of our favorite local Louisiana partners and products
Big Easy Bucha
Austin Sherman & Alexis Korman, Founders
Using the unique fruits and florals of the Southeast, Big Easy Bucha crafts its fizzy, delicious kombucha. They use regionally sourced ingredients whenever possible, including those like magnolia blossoms, satsumas and Ponchatoula strawberries in the process of making their incredible beverages. Not only this, but they also work to support the community of the Gulf Coast by sourcing from small farms and giving a portion of proceeds to charities in their area.
Kaitlynn Fenley & Jon Chachere II, Cofounders
Founded by a microbiologist Kaitlynn Fenley and photographer Jon Chachere II, Cultured Guru is Louisiana’s first fermented foods company. They focus on sourcing local produce and fermenting in American white oak barrels, part of their process of producing the best fermented vegetables possible.
French Truck Coffee
Geoffrey Meeker, Founder
French Truck Coffee makes small-batch, fresh-roasted coffee. They buy the best beans they can find, roast them in small batches and use the coffee as quickly as possible — the fresher the coffee, the more nuanced the flavors. Every bag has the date on the front — so you know just how fresh your coffee is.
Skin & Hair Care
Aaron & Lauren Jennings, Cofounders
Located in Ruston, Louisiana, Jennings Apiaries produces wax and honey products for skin and hair care. They believe that great products begin with happy employees, which is why their bees live in Certified Naturally Grown apiaries that feature top bar hives, allowing their bees to live in an environment more suited to their needs.
Citrus Fruit & Citrus Trees
Gloria Ranatza, President
Star Nursery of Belle Chasse is a family-owned citrus tree nursery and fruit-producing citrus orchard with four generations of experience. They take pride in their quality products, excellent service and fair pricing on their exceptional citrus fruits.

We Love Local
Loving our local growers, artisans, makers, entrepreneurs and producers is something that just comes, well, naturally. After all, our local community has been one of our most important ingredients — it's been that way since the doors opened to our very first store.
