American Solera, located in Tulsa, Oklahoma, is a creative craft brewery specializing in oak-barrel aging. Most of their beers are aged six to 18 months prior to bottling, giving each of them a unique flavor profile. They’ve even been named the 2nd Best New Brewery in the World for 2016 and Best New Brewery in the United States for 2016 by RateBeer!

Bear Creek Farms has been growing flowers for over two decades. They only grow what are considered specialty flowers — anything other than a rose, carnation or standard mum, that is. With over 150 different flower varieties, they often bring rarely seen flowers to their local market in Stillwater, Oklahoma.

From cooking in restaurants like Le Bernardin to Del Posto, Chris was taking the New York culinary scene by storm. Using an aeroponic process, Scissortail Farms cultivates lettuce, leafy greens, herbs and other greens in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Their farm is home to over 26,000 square feet of greenhouse space, where their local produce grows to reach their local customers.
