Sallie Dent Porth, Founder
Sallie’s Greatest creates herbal fruit jams and simple syrups in Cameron, South Carolina. Sallie had always considered herself a foodie, which is why she wanted to create jams for all of her favorite dishes — not just for breakfast. Her Fig Sweet Onion + Rosemary is especially a favorite on pork roast, but she credits her Strawberry + Basil Jam as the jam that started it all.
Angel French & Phillip Davis, MD, Cofounders
Located in Charleston, South Carolina, Shine Water donates a portion of sales to OneWorld Health for every bottle of their water infused with vitamin D3, vitamin B12, electrolytes and green tea. Their goal is to impact people beyond the Shine Water footprint, and the funds raised are then used to help correct micronutrient deficiencies in families living in Africa and Central America.
