What was once a stand in Seattle, Washington’s Pike Place Market is now Ellenos Real Greek Yogurt. Their recipe has been in the family for generations, creating their signature, velvety textured small-batch yogurt. Recipients of our Local Producer Loan Program loan, Ellenos continues to bring delicious, innovative and flavorful Greek-style yogurts to your table.
Larry Mason, Founder
In 1967, Larry Mason and his family started fishing for Wild Pacific albacore off the rocky coasts of Washington. Thirty years later, they started selling their wild-caught tuna — all of which is hand-filleted, packed raw and then cooked only once in the can.

Started in 1975, Penn Cove Shellfish is serious about raising Responsibly Farmed oysters, clams and mussels. And while they hail from the most prolific mussel-growing region on the West Coast, the Jefferds family has garnered top honors with the flavor and texture of their shellfish. One bite and you’ll agree.
Vries Family, Owners
Located in Mt. Vernon, Washington, Ralph’s Greenhouse is run by the Vries family and is committed to growing high-quality produce in the Skagit Valley. They produce a variety of vegetables like carrots, bunched greens and fennel — and since 1999, they’ve been a key supplier of veggies in the Pacific Northwest.
Karl Kupers & Fred Fleming, Founders
Founded in 2003 with the goal of promoting no-till, direct-seed farming, Shepherd’s Grain produces their all-purpose flour in Spokane, Washington, from high-quality wheat grown on family farms. Their flour is traceable to the farm where the wheat was grown and is used by some of the finest bakeries in the Pacific Northwest. They’re extremely proud to be able to bring that quality to the home baker.
