Here’s a nut-free, seed-free dairy alternative you can use over cereal or in smoothies, or enjoy as a refreshing beverage. Choose a nicely ripe but not browned banana for best flavor. Watch our how-to video.
Ingredients: 
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • fine sea salt, Pinch of
Method: 
Combine banana, 1 cup water, vanilla and salt in a blender and blend until smooth. Use immediately, or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 1 day (milk will darken slightly but the flavor will be fine). Stir well before each use.
