Segments of sweet, tangy grapefruit and sour cherries are perfectly steeped in honey-sweetened rooibos tea. Whether for Valentine’s Day, or just a special breakfast or dessert, serve as is or spoon over Greek yogurt or ice cream.
2 grapefruits, peel, pith and seeds removed, cut into segments
In a medium pot, bring 2 cups water to a boil. Add tea and cherries, cover and set aside off of the heat to let steep for 5 minutes; discard tea bags. Whisk in honey, and gently stir in grapefruit. Set aside to let cool to room temperature and then transfer to a bowl, cover and chill until ready to serve.
