Cinnamon Maple Butter

Cinnamon Maple Butter

Makes about 1 1/4 cups
Make up a batch of this spiced butter and slather on freshly baked biscuits, muffins, bagels, waffles or pancakes. And, of course, it is divine on plain old toast!
Ingredients: 
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup grade B maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon gluten-free vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Method: 
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Pack into a crock or small ramekins and refrigerate.
