1/4 cup chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, roughly chopped, more or less to taste
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 thick or two thin green onions, chopped
Combine cheese, peppers and adobo sauce in food processor; blend until thoroughly combined, scraping down sides of food processor bowl as needed. Pulse in the cilantro and green onion until combined. Keep chilled until ready to serve.
