Turn your favorite juice into soda pop. Any juice works well, though apple, cranberry and grape are particularly delicious. This fizzy drink is sure to be a favorite with kids on hot summer days.
Ingredients: 
  • Ice cubes, for serving
  • 2/3 cup fruit juice, such as apple, cranberry or grape, chilled
  • 1/3 cup sparkling water, chilled
  • Fresh fruit, for garnish
Method: 
Fill a glass with ice, then pour in juice. Top with sparkling water and stir well. Garnish with fresh fruit.
