1 (15-ounce) can no-salt-added black beans, rinsed and drained
1/4 medium red onion, diced
1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and diced
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Juice of 1/2 lime
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
In a small bowl, combine mango, avocado, beans, onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime and salt; stir gently to combine. Cover and refrigerate at least 10 minutes and up to 1 day for flavors to meld. Taste salsa before serving and add more salt or lime juice if desired.
