Peach and Mango Sorbet

Peach and Mango Sorbet

Serves 6

This sweet summer sorbet is best served as soon as it comes out of your ice cream or frozen dessert machine. Don't wait until later!

  • 3 cups fresh peach chunks
  • 1 cup diced mango
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Combine 2 cups of the peaches, mango, lime juice and sugar in a food processor and blend until smooth. Transfer to a bowl, stir in remaining peaches, cover and refrigerate until very cold. Pour fruit mixture into an ice cream maker or frozen dessert machine and process according to manufacturer's directions. Scoop sorbet into bowls and serve.
