Quick-n-Easy Pork Chili

Bask in the big flavor of this new spin on classic, slow-cooked chili. Serve with grated cheese, diced avocado and tortilla chips.

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 (16.0-ounce) jar 365 Organic Everyday Value® Salsa (mild, medium or hot)
- 2 (15.0-ounce) cans 365 Organic Everyday Value® Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (28.0-ounce) can 365 Organic Everyday Value® Crushed Tomatoes
- 2 cups 365 Everyday Value® Stoplight Pepper Strips (available in freezer section)
- 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt, to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Method
In heavy saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add ground pork; brown 3 to 4 minutes, breaking up the pork into small pieces.
Add the salsa, kidney beans, tomatoes, and peppers; stir well.
Season with salt and pepper and let simmer for 20 minutes.
Adjust seasoning to taste and serve.
