With its appealing tartness and bright ruby color, this cold tonic is lively in every way.
Ingredients: 
  • 1/2 cup 100% cranberry juice
  • 1/2 cup 100% pomegranate juice
  • 2 tablespoons baobab powder
  • 2 teaspoons liquid elderberry
  • Ice cubes for serving
Method: 
Combine cranberry juice, pomegranate juice, baobab powder, elderberry and 1 cup cold water in a jar or bottle. Seal tightly and shake vigorously until well combined. Pour over ice and serve.
