Tangerine Sugar

- 3 tablespoons tangerine zest (from about 4 tangerines)
- 3 cups sugar
Method
Place sugar and zest in food processor.
Pulse until you see flecks of zest evenly distributed throughout the sugar.
Divide evenly and package in decorative containers for gift giving.
