Super-creamy avocados and banana are the secrets to this fabulous dessert, which boasts no added oil or refined sugar. Pack this pudding in lunch boxes or serve it with berries for a perfect evening treat.
Ingredients: 
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup pitted dates, soaked in water for a few hours and drained
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Method: 
Combine avocados, banana, cocoa powder, dates and vanilla in a food processor and purée until smooth, scraping down sides of food processor bowl as needed. Transfer to a bowl or individual serving bowls and refrigerate at least 2 hours and up to 3 days before serving.
