Something quick and delicious to wake up to: A thick, creamy base of antioxidant-rich açai covered with a rainbow of fantastic fruits. We add walnuts and hemp seeds for crunch and protein, but you can use any combination of your favorite nuts and seeds.
- 1 (100-gram) package frozen açai smoothie base
- 1/2 cup coconut yogurt or other dairy-free yogurt alternative
- 1/2 cup grapefruit chunks
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 small banana, sliced
- 1/4 cup raw walnut halves
- 1 tablespoon raw hemp seeds
Combine açai smoothie base and coconut yogurt in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl and top with grapefruit, blueberries, banana and walnuts and sprinkle with hemp seeds.
