Wine Tea Punch with Summer Fruit

Serves 8

A refreshing, not-too-sweet fresh cherry and green-tea cocktail with crisp white wine and sparkling Italian soda. To gild the lily, add a splash of rum.

  • 4 bags 365 Everyday Value Organic Green Tea with Pomegranate and Cranberry
  • 1 cup fresh cherries, pitted, plus more for garnish
  • 1 cup seedless green grapes, plus more for garnish
  • 2 cups dry white wine, such as Bubo Pinot Grigio
  • 2 cups Whole Foods Market Italian Soda, such as Green Apple or Lemon

In a small pot, bring 4 cups water to a boil. Add tea bags, cover and steep 5 minutes. Discard bags and set tea aside to cool. In a blender, purée cherries, grapes and tea until smooth; transfer to a punch bowl. Stir in wine and soda, ladle over ice and garnish with cherries and grapes.
