1 teaspoon zest and 2 tablespoons juice from 1 orange
3 carrots, thinly sliced
1 Pink Lady apple, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup 365 Everyday Value® Roasted & Salted Cashews, chopped
In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cauliflower, vinaigrette, zest, orange juice, carrots and apple; toss to combine. Scatter cashews over the top and serve. Or, cover and chill salad for 8 hours or overnight, add cashews and serve.
