Beef and Couscous Lettuce Wraps

Easy and flavorful, this is simply a one-skillet beef and couscous mix spooned onto leaves of crisp iceberg lettuce with crunchy veggies and fresh, fragrant mint. For brighter flavor, serve with lime wedges to squeeze over the top.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup 365 Everyday Value® Steak Sauce, plus more for serving
- 1 (5.8-ounce) box 365 Everyday Value® Garlic & Olive Oil Couscous
- 1 head iceberg lettuce, cored
- 4 cups thinly sliced fresh vegetables, such as carrots, cabbage, green onions and cucumbers
- 1/2 cup roughly chopped fresh mint
Method
Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until starting to brown all over, about 5 minutes.
Add sauce and cook until browned, 5 to 7 minutes more.
Add 1 1/4 cups water and couscous seasoning packet; bring to a boil.
Stir in couscous, cover and set aside off the heat until water is absorbed, 5 to 7 minutes; fluff with a fork.
Spoon beef mixture onto lettuce leaves, pile on vegetables and mint and drizzle with more sauce as desired.
