Decadent and fun, this pimiento cheese is a new classic, turning buttery Brie and sweet pimientos into a tasty spread.
- 1 (350-gram) package Bbrie cheese
- 1 (4-ounce) jar pimientos drained and chopped
- 1 tablespoon grated yellow onion
- 1 teaspoon powdered mustard
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 6 slices Seeduction bread toasted and quartered
Bring cheese to room temperature and remove the rind. Place cheese in a bowl and mash with the back of a spoon. Stir in pimientos, onion, mustard and cayenne. Spoon onto toast and serve.
