This spicy blend is a flavor base for many Cajun classics. Try it in red beans and rice, stewed okra or Cajun chili sauce. You can also add a dash to kick up soups.

  • 2 tablespoons sweet paprika
  • 2 tablespoons granulated onion
  • 4 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 4 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 4 teaspoons dried thyme
  • 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
