Cranberry Chutney
Makes about 2 cups
Time 10 min
This sweet and spicy accompaniment to your holiday turkey stands out from the other standard cranberry sauces. It's particularly great when spread on turkey sandwiches, too.

Ingredients
- 12 ounces fresh cranberries
- 1/4 onion, chopped
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
