Frozen mango and pineapple make this morning wake-up treat icy and sweet, while the coconutmilk and MTC oil lend loads of richness.
- 2 cups 365 Everyday Value Organic Unsweetened Vanilla Coconutmilk
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 2 tablespoons MCT oil
- 1 cup baby spinach leaves
- 2 tablespoons white chia seeds
Combine cashewmilk, mango, pineapple and coconut oil in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into 2 tall glasses.
