Crispy Calamari Salad

Calamari is actually quite simple to prepare at home, and makes for a great topping on simple salads. You'll be surprised how quickly this comes together!
Ingredients
- 1 (12.0-ounce) package breaded calamari
- 3 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan
- 1/2 lemon, juice of
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 lemon, cut in 4 wedges
- 3/4 cup Caesar dressing
- Dash hot sauce
Method
Prepare calamari according to package directions.
Toss salad greens with tomatoes, Parmesan, lemon juice and olive oil.
Arrange on individual serving dishes with prepared calamari.
Garnish with lemon wedges.
Combine Caesar dressing with desired amount of hot sauce and serve as a dip for calamari, if desired.
