Goat cheese and pears may seem like a fancy combination, but they're just right paired with Genoa salami in these casual rollups.

- 4 slices Genoa salami
- 4 teaspoons mild goat cheese with garlic and chives
- 4 slices red pear
Method
Spread 1 teaspoon cheese on each salami slice. Lay a pear slice over cheese and roll each salami piece up. If necessary, hold together with a toothpick.
