Dill-icious Cheese Spread

This cheese spread is perfect on sandwiches for lunch or scooped up with cucumber slices, whole wheat crackers or pita chips for a snack.
Ingredients
  • 1 cup grated cheese, such as cheddar, Monterey Jack, Havarti or Swiss
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 teaspoons dried dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Mix all ingredients together very well in a medium bowl.
