Easy Greek-Style Pizza
Makes 6 slices

Cut this pizza into smaller pieces and serve it as a delicious appetizer or first course alongside glasses of red wine.

Ingredients
- 1 prepared frozen pizza crust
- 1/2 cup hummus
- 2 Roma tomatoes, sliced
- 1/4 cup pitted kalamata olives, chopped
- 2 jarred piquillo peppers, sliced
- 3 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
Method
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Spread hummus over the pizza crust.
Top with tomato slices, olives, peppers and cheese.
Sprinkle oregano over the top.
Bake for 15 to 25 minutes.
The longer it bakes, the crispier and darker the crust.
Remove from oven and drizzle with olive oil. Serve immediately.
