Elderflower Wine Spritzer

This spritzer has a bit of a choose-your-own-adventure twist to it; use your favorite bitters and a sparkling wine of your choice.
Ingredients
- 1/2 ounce elderflower liqueur
- 4 dashes of your favorite bitters
- 4 ounces sparkling wine (like De Chanceny Brut Rosé Crémant de Loire)
- Edible flowers (washed), for garnish
Method
Place ice cubes, elderflower liqueur and bitters in a rocks glass.
Top with sparkling wine and edible flowers.
