- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup any flavor cake or muffin mix (whole wheat or gluten-free)
- 3 tablespoons pumpkin purée
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave nectar
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Place egg into a large microwave-safe mug, and whisk lightly with a fork.
Add cake mix, pumpkin purée, honey and cinnamon to the mug and whisk until smooth and completely blended.
Microwave on high for 1 minute and 15 seconds. Let cool slightly and enjoy.
