Let the kids scoop ice cream, pour milk and crush cookies to make these fresh mango and vanilla shakes, topped with old-fashioned whipped cream.
- 2 mangoes cut into chunks, divided
- 4 365 Everyday Value® Organic Sugar Cookies finely crushed
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup nonfat milk
- 1 can 365 Everyday Value® Real Dairy Light Whipped Cream
Use a mango chunk to wet the rims of 4 large glasses, and then dredge the rims in cookies to coat. Set glasses aside, along with remaining crumbs and a few mango chunks for garnish. In a blender, purée ice cream, milk, and remaining mango until very smooth, and then pour into glasses. Top with whipped cream and cookie crumbs, and garnish with reserved mango.
