- 1 medium tomato roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons champagne vinegar
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
In a food processor, combine tomato, basil, vinegar, oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Blend until smooth.
