Hearts of Palm and Avocado Salad with Three Cheese Quiche

A sure-fire hit when you need dinner in a flash, we love the pairing of this salad and our authentic Whole Kitchen™ Three Cheese Quiche. It has a delicate European crust and a rich filling that is immensely satisfying.
Ingredients
- 1 package Whole Kitchen™ Three Cheese Quiche*
- 1 cup mixed baby greens
- 1 (14.0-ounce) can hearts of palm, drained and sliced 1/2-inch
- 1/2 small red onion, diced
- 5 radishes, sliced
- 1 ripe avocado, cubed
- 1 blood orange, cut into segments (or 1/2 cup canned mandarin oranges)
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette dressing
- 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Method
Prepare quiche according to package directions.
While quiche is heating, toss greens, hearts of palm, onion, radishes, avocado and orange segments in a bowl with vinaigrette.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve with sliced quiche.
