Herb Garden Salad

Mixed herbs, such as parsley, thyme or chives, add flavor and fragrance to any green salad. Serve this side dish with crumbled goat or blue cheese sprinkled over the top.

Ingredients
- 6 cups mixed greens (such as red leaf, Boston or romaine lettuce, radicchio, or arugula), torn into bite-size pieces
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley, thyme, basil, chives, cilantro, dill, tarragon)
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 4 red radishes, thinly sliced
- 16 walnut halves
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Method
In a large bowl, combine greens, herbs, oil, vinegar and radishes, and toss gently to combine.
Arrange tomatoes and walnuts over the top and season with pepper. Serve immediately.
