Herbed Balsamic Vinaigrette

Use this balsamic vinaigrette to dress practically any green salad or to baste grilled vegetables. It's a perfect dip for steamed artichokes, too.
Ingredients
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Method

Combine garlic, parsley and vinegar in a medium bowl. 

Whisk in olive oil until smooth, then season with salt and pepper.
