Method
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly coat a 9-inch-round cake pan with spray oil and line with parchment paper.
In a small food processor or blender, purée 1 1/2 cups of the grapes until the consistency of loose jam.
In a large bowl, whisk together oats, sunflower seeds, baking powder and salt.
In a medium bowl, whisk together puréed grapes, eggs, milk, yogurt, honey and vanilla until smooth.
Add grape mixture to oat mixture and stir until just combined.
Fold in remaining 1 cup grapes.
Pour batter into the prepared pan.
Bake until top of oatmeal is set and golden brown, 45 to 50 minutes.
Cool slightly before serving. Serve warm or at room temperature.
