Try blending up an easy batch of this mango, cherry and sake drink for your next cocktail hour. Make ahead, if you like, adding the sparkling water just before serving for perfect bubbles.
- 1 small mango, diced (about 1 cup)
- 2 cups chilled mild sake (about 2/3 of a 720ml bottle)
- 1/2 cup frozen unsweetened pitted cherries
- Zest and juice of 1 lime
- 1 1/2 cup chilled sparkling water
Combine mango, sake, cherries, lime juice and zest in a blender and puree.
Pour into a pitcher and add sparkling water just before serving.
