These burgers are layered with enhanced store-bought mayo (our favorite trick!), feta cheese and fresh veggies. Bonus: Ready-made burgers means dinner is ready in a flash; spend your extra time assembling a luscious seasonal salad.
- 4 fresh or frozen beef burger patties
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh rosemary (about 1 large sprig)
- 4 hamburger buns
- 2 ounces feta cheese crumbles
- 1 cup baby arugula leaves (about 2 ounces)
- Sliced red onion (optional)
- 2 tomatoes sliced
Prepare a grill for medium-high heat cooking. Grill burgers, flipping once, until cooked to your liking, about 8 minutes. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and rosemary. Lightly toast buns, spread with rosemary mayonnaise, then top with burgers, feta cheese, arugula, red onion and tomato slices.
