Minted Lime Freeze

On hot summer days, what could be better than sipping these frozen lime drinks? Serve in tall glasses with lots of ice and mint sprigs for garnish.

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup lime juice
- 1/2 cup loosely packed fresh mint, plus sprigs for garnish
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 lime frozen fruit bar, stick removed
- Sparkling water, chilled, for serving
- Crushed ice for serving
Method
Combine lime juice, mint leaves, sugar and frozen fruit bar in a blender and blend until smooth.
Fill 2 tall glasses with ice, pour in lime mixture and add a splash of sparkling water.
Garnish with mint sprigs.
