On hot summer days, what could be better than sipping these frozen lime drinks? Serve in tall glasses with lots of ice and mint sprigs for garnish.
- 2/3 cup lime juice
- 1/2 cup loosely packed fresh mint plus sprigs for garnish
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 lime frozen fruit bar stick removed
- Sparkling water chilled, for serving
- Crushed ice for serving
Combine lime juice, mint leaves, sugar and frozen fruit bar in a blender and blend until smooth. Fill 2 tall glasses with ice, pour in lime mixture and add a splash of sparkling water. Garnish with mint sprigs.
