Mixed Berry Smoothie

In addition to raspberries and blueberries, try adding strawberries or other seasonal fruit (looking at you, peaches!) to this creamy but dairy-free smoothie for a refreshing treat.
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened apple juice
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almondmilk
  • 1/2 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen (not thawed)
  • 1/2 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen (not thawed)
  • 3 ice cubes (only if using fresh fruit)
  • 1 sliced banana, fresh or frozen

Method

Combine all ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
