- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons raw cashew butter or almond butter
- 1 teaspoon liquid aminos or reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1 small piece fresh ginger, peeled
- 1/4 clove garlic
Blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender until smooth.
Per serving: 110 calories (70 from fat), 8g total fat, 1.5g saturated fat, 85mg cholesterol, 85mg sodium, 7g carbohydrates (1g dietary fiber, 3g sugar), 3g protein.
