Orange Peanut Dressing

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons raw cashew butter or almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon liquid aminos or reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 1 small piece fresh ginger peeled
  • 1/4 clove garlic
Method

Blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender until smooth.
