Paradise Found Smoothie

Silken tofu provides the creamy protein in this tropical delight. Use your favorite variety of nondairy milk and protein powder. When making fruit smoothies, adding ice to the blender is a matter of personal choice. If you are using frozen fruit in place of fresh fruit you may omit the ice.

Ingredients
- 1 cup cubed frozen or fresh pineapple
- 1 cup cubed frozen or fresh mango
- 1 fresh or frozen banana, peeled and cut into 2-inch chunks
- 6 ounces silken soft tofu, drained
- 1/2 pineapple or pineapple-coconut juice
- 1 cup vanilla soymilk, ricemilk or almondmilk
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
- 1 tablespoon vegan protein powder, optional
- 1/2 cup ice cubes, optional
Method
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and whirl at top speed for about a minute or until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
