Rose Water and Cardamom Yogurt Lassi

Because ice cubes give this refreshing yogurt drink its texture, make sure to serve it right away.
Ingredients
  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons rose water
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 6 ice cubes
Method

Combine yogurt, 1/2 cup cold water, sugar, rose water and cardamom in a blender and blend until smooth. 

Add ice and blend until completely incorporated. 

Pour into 2 or 3 tall glasses and serve immediately.
