Ingredients

    1 teaspoontoasted sesame oil
    1 teaspoonbalsamic vinegar
    1/4 teaspoongarlic powder
    1 1/2 teaspoonslow-sodium tamari
    1 teaspoonfinely chopped pickled ginger
    2 cupscooked brown rice
    10snow peas, cut into thirds
    2 tablespoonschopped hazelnuts
    1broccoli stem, peeled and thinly sliced

Method

In a large bowl, combine oil, vinegar, garlic powder, tamari and ginger and whisk to make a dressing. 


Add rice, snow peas, hazelnuts and broccoli, toss gently to combine and serve.
