Ingredients

    1/4 cuptoasted sesame seeds
    1 teaspooncoarsely ground black pepper
    1 tablespoonthyme, finely chopped, plus a few sprigs for garnish
    1(4- to 6-ounce) log, crotin or pyramid fresh goat cheese
    Crostini or crackers

Method

Combine sesame seeds, pepper and thyme on a large plate. Roll goat cheese in mixture until completely covered. 


Transfer to a serving plate with crackers or crostini.
