Method
Lay tortillas on a work surface and spread each with 1 1/2 tablespoons dressing, leaving a 1/2-inch border around edges.
Layer each with 2 pieces cheese, one-fourth of the salmon and 2 tablespoons sauerkraut.
Roll up tightly and halve.
