Make this fruity soda an adults-only cocktail by substituting a bottle of sparkling wine for the sparkling water!
- 1 pound strawberries hulled
- 1 cup lemonade chilled
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 (750-ml) bottle sparkling water chilled
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
Place strawberries, lemonade and sugar in a blender and process until puréed. Strain through a fine mesh sieve and transfer mixture to a large pitcher. Gently stir in sparkling water until blended. Serve over ice, garnished with mint leaves.
